Return & Refund Policy

1. Damaged on Arrival (Replacement Policy)

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Reporting Window:
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.

Proof Required:
To process your request, you must provide:

  • A complete unboxing video showing the package being opened upon delivery
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label

The unboxing video must clearly demonstrate that the damage was present at the time of delivery.

Resolution:
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement of the same or a similar item.

Important:
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video, or after 48 hours, will not be accepted.


2. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Dissatisfaction after use

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.


3. Product Variations

Due to manufacturing tolerances and material differences, slight variations in appearance (such as color, texture, or finish) may occur.

These differences are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.


4. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not provide replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or external impact
  • Items that have been used, altered, or modified
  • Claims made without sufficient proof (including missing unboxing video)
  • Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery
